Custom Closed Lost Reasons

Overview

Accounts now have the option to create and save their own Closed Lost Reasons. These can also be set up so that they do not show within the Analytics Reporting environment.

Provisioning

To view the below menu Item, a user must be set up as a manager in the Company Admin role

The Custom Closed Lost reasons can be located 

Settings > Sales Pipeline Settings > Closed Lost Reasons


  1. Account to create the Reason in
  2. Group to create the Reason for
  3. Name of the Closed Reason
  4. Tick this to exclude these leads from Analytics Reporting
  5. Active/Inactive
  6. Order to Display Reason
