Custom Calendar Events

Custom Calendar Events

Overview

It is now possible to provision Custom Calendar Events at both a Group Level or within an individual AutoPlay account. As well as having the ability to create new Event Types, the existing default Calendar Events can be hidden if they are not used within your dealership or network.

Provisioning

Role: Lead Manager Admin
A dealership user will need to be marked as a manager in the Lead Manager Admin role to be able to see the Calendar Events table, Lead Log Types

Lead Log Types
Settings > Sales Pipeline Settings > Lead Log Types > +

Group = Select to Provision for a Dealership Group
Name = Name of the Calendar Event
Duration = Default Length to block Calendar (minutes)
Order = How early in the list of events it will appear
Active = True or False

Similarly to the above provisioning of a new Calendar event type, the existing default events are able to be removed from the drop downs by clicking through into the event and un checking the "Active" tick box. This is on a per account basis.

Workflow

Once a new event has been created it will be able to be used immediately from the Sales teams calendar
