Closed Lead Won Permission Role Enhancement (SPW-13265)
The Closed Lead Won Permission role has been updated to align with the Closed Lost process. Users assigned to this role can now request that leads be marked as Closed Won, triggering a notification to designated managers within the role who can approve and complete the action. A new filter has also been added to the Lead Dashboard, making it easy to identify leads pending Closed Won approval.
Hide Campaign In Lead Detail Option (SPW-13269)
A new “Hide in Lead Detail” setting has been added to campaigns. When enabled, the campaign can remain active but will no longer be available for selection within the Lead Detail screen after a lead has been created.
New Appraisal Summary Visibility Role (SPW-13257)
A new “Appraisal Summary Visibility” role has been introduced, allowing users to view a summary of all appraisals associated with the yards defined in the role. This summary view excludes certain details, such as valuations and communications. Users will continue to have full access to appraisals where permitted by their existing roles.
New AutoGrab Car Analysis Odometer History Look Up (SPW-13252)
An updated version of the AutoGrab Car Analysis lookup now includes Odometer History, enabling users to identify any anomalies in recorded odometer readings.
Bulk Manage Leads to Close To Prospects (SPW-12141)
Accounts with permission to close a lead to a prospect can now perform the same action when bulk closing leads. If “Lead Owner” is selected as the prospect owner and that user does not have the required prospect permissions, the process will be blocked and the user will be notified.
Enhanced Lead Merging Diagnostic Visibility (SPW-13382)
A new addition to the diagnostic section has been added to merged leads, providing clear visibility that a merge has occurred and identifying the target lead it was merged into.
Dealer Account Manager Info Is Now More Visible (SPW-13067)
A new section has been added to the bottom of the main navigation that contains a dealerships account manager information
