A new Listing Summary Widget is now available for all AutoPlay accounts. This widget can be added to the Listings Dashboard and provides a snapshot of key listing information, including a summary of any imports completed within the past 24 hours.
New Calendar User and Event Filters (SPW-11670)
Several new filters have been added to the Prospect and Lead Dashboard calendars. When the calendar is opened, these filters will automatically mirror any existing user filters already applied to the dashboard.
Possible Duplicate Lead Visibility Expansion Option (SPW-12601)
A new configurable option has been added to the Possible Duplicate Lead Warning role. This enhancement allows the system to check for any other open leads on a contact, independent of the company’s existing match-and-merge settings.
Closed Lost Previous Progress Table Data (AR-907)
A new data table has been introduced to complement the existing Closed Lost Previous Progress Chart widget. This table displays the raw data behind the chart and also provides an option to download the dataset.
Toyota 360 Spin Functionality (SPW-12514)
Toyota NZ has introduced new functionality to generate 360-degree spin images for their TNZ website listings. AutoPlay will automatically retrieve these files on a daily basis. A summary email will then be sent to selected users, allowing them to preview the vehicle in AutoPlay before approving it for publication to the TNZ website.
Additional Fields Added To Australian Listings Enhanced Setting (SPW-12114)
New fields have been added to the Australian Listings Enhanced functionality. These fields capture details about vehicle keys and their location, as well as where the vehicle is parked on the yard. The below screenshot is the vehicle summary when clicking on the primary listing directly from the lead detail screen.
Prospect Email Template Defaults (SPW-12087)
New options are now available to define default email templates at the Company, Yard, or User level. These settings are applied in cascading order (from User level upward), enabling greater consistency and stronger branding when communicating with prospects.
Close Lead Won Validation Role Updates (SPW-11990)
A new option has been added to the Close Lead Won Validation role. The existing compliance function has been expanded to provide both soft and hard compliance checks, which now apply not only to contact data but also to Custom Lead Fields.
