Share An Appraisal To Dealer Group (SPW-8901)

Appraisals can now be shared with a Dealership Group for a set exposure period, similar to the existing Group Bidding and Auction functionality (read more HERE). Unlike shared bids or auctions, shared appraisals are view-only and do not include bidding capabilities—other dealers within the group can view the appraisal summary only.




User Calendar Visible From Create Event Pop Up (SPW-11897)

When creating a new calendar event on a lead, users can now scroll through their existing appointments and times directly within the calendar view. This makes it easier to identify and avoid scheduling conflicts.



Lead Action Report Respects Individual Yard Opening Hours (AR-972)

Previously, the Lead Action Report used the Business Hours configured at the My Company level. The report has been updated to align with the specific operating hours of each yard or department within an AutoPlay account, providing more accurate activity reporting.


Automation: Lead Threshold Warnings (SPW-12039)

AutoPlay now includes two new automation triggers to monitor lead volumes more effectively:

No Leads Received
  1. Activates when no leads are received within a specified timeframe.
  2. Can be configured to target specific lead sources, campaigns, and brands.

Lead Volume Not Achieved
  1. Activates when lead volumes fall below a defined threshold or decrease by a specified percentage compared to a previous period.
  2. Configurable for specific sources, campaigns, and brands.

Both triggers can be applied at OEM, Dealer Group, or Dealership levels and notifications can be sent automatically when these lead targets are not met. These triggers provide more granular control and proactive monitoring to ensure lead generation targets are tracked and addressed in real time.


Default Write Up Email Template (SPW-12072)

AutoPlay now supports using a specified email template when sending Write-Ups from a lead. Previously, Write-Up emails were sent in plain text by default. With this update, the default template can be configured at the Company, Yard, or User level, allowing for a branded and professional appearance in all outgoing emails. This enhancement provides greater customization and ensures a consistent presentation when communicating with leads.
