Copy And Share Preset Dashboards (SPW-11468)

You can now share your preset dashboards directly with other users, making it easier to distribute and collaborate on consistent dashboard views across your team.



Group Source Controls (SPW-11739)

Enhanced control options have been introduced to group-level sources, allowing for more granular configuration directly from the Master account. These improvements enable administrators to define different visibility settings for individual accounts within the group, providing greater flexibility and centralized control over how each account interacts with shared source data.



Call Script Upgrades (SPW-11530)

Two enhancements have been introduced to the Call Script screen to improve the user experience during phone interactions. Users can now create a new calendar event directly on the lead without navigating away from the script. Additionally, a new option has been added to reassign the lead to another sales team member, streamlining lead management within the same interface.



Automation: Must Include Trigger Filter Option

A new mechanism has been implemented in the Trigger filter area to enhance how filters interact when combined. In addition to the existing "Exclude" option, a new "Must Include" condition has been introduced. These two options can now be stacked together and will operate using AND logic, allowing for more precise filtering. All other trigger filters will continue to function using OR logic as before.


Integration - Wildjar Upgrades

Several enhancements have been made to the existing Wildjar integration to support new functionality within AutoPlay. Audio playback controls have been added, allowing users to listen to call recordings directly within the platform. In addition, a Call Notes summary—generated by Wildjar—will now be displayed alongside the recording, with the full transcript automatically written to the lead's notes section. The integration has also been updated to import Wildjar Smart Tags as lead labels, providing additional context and classification for inbound calls.
