Appraisal Image Name Fields (SPW-11558)
A new text field has been added to the appraisal image section, allowing users to assign descriptive labels to individual images—typically to indicate the specific area of the vehicle depicted. These image labels will also be included on the default appraisal print form.
Hide Users From Allocation Lists (SPW-11319)
A new role user attribute has been added to allow dealership users to be included in lead visibility and reporting via the appropriate Manage Lead roles, without appearing as selectable options for manual lead allocation. This streamlines the allocation process by reducing the number of users salespeople and managers must scroll through when assigning leads. The update applies to both standard AutoPlay lead allocation methods and the new lead allocation email user options.
New VDP Full Text Sort Option (VDP-299)
A new sort view has been built that will display all sort options as full text
Two new email tags have been introduced for use in automation workflows, enabling the system to reference either the highest or lowest wholesale quote recorded on an appraisal form. Additionally, a new inline calculation option allows for dynamic manipulation of the quote values within the tag, providing greater flexibility to control the price being quoted in the communications.
Group Level Sources Can Control Active Status From Master Account (SPW-11513)

Sources Can Be Limited To Lead Type (SPW-10988)
A new dealership account setting has been introduced that allows lead sources to be restricted based on the selected lead type. Users will be required to select a lead type before choosing a lead source when creating a lead. This change ensures more accurate and consistent lead source data for reporting purposes.

Calendar invitations now support a default setting that determines whether customers can select their own appointment date and time. This option can still be toggled on an individual basis when sending specific invitations.

Test Drive Notes Can Now Create A Lead Notes Entry (SPW-11419)
A new role attribute setting is now available, configurable by the AutoPlay team, which automatically creates a Lead Notes entry whenever the Test Drive notes section is updated on a lead.
A New Notification Option for Lead Management Settings Managers If A Lead Is Matched Instead Of Following Their Setting (SPW-11361)
A new notification option has been introduced to support the "Match Leads to Similar Other Leads" feature. When this setting is enabled and a second lead from the same customer is matched directly to a salesperson’s existing lead, a notification can now be sent to the manager responsible for Lead Management on the second lead—alerting them that a lead has bypassed their allocation setting.
Standard Texts Can Now Be Ordered In Their Display (SPW-11324)
