Address Look Up Now Works Within The Address Line (SPW-10934)
The address lookup feature has been streamlined to enhance usability. It now automatically suggests address options as users begin typing directly into the address field, removing the need to click on a separate look up button and type in an address.
Appraisals Can Now Be Saved Without Sending To Manager For Approval (SPW-11268)
A new update to the Vehicle Appraisal Manager Approval role introduces greater flexibility in the trade-in process. Users with this role can now create and save a trade-in without it being automatically submitted for managerial approval. This allows appraisals to be reviewed and manually sent once all relevant information has been collected. Additionally, a new filter has been added to the Appraisal Dashboard to easily identify appraisals that have not yet been submitted for approval.
Select Particular Calendar Events That Can Be Ignored When Customers Select An Appointment Time (SPW-11264)
Calendar Invites can now be configured to ignore specified event types that may already exist in a salesperson’s calendar. This enhancement ensures that events such as phone calls no longer block out time slots, allowing face-to-face appointments to be scheduled more effectively.
New Calendar In Prospect Dashboard (SPW-11266)
A calendar has been added to the Prospect Dashboard, providing users with improved visibility of their upcoming prospect activities and helping them manage their schedules more effectively.
Ability To Disable Specific Progress Steps From Being Manually Updated (SPW-11291)
Expanding on earlier functionality that allowed the complete restriction of a salesperson’s ability to manually update a lead’s progress, this feature has now been enhanced to allow for specific progress steps to be selectively disabled. While salespeople won’t be able to manually move leads to these restricted steps, Events and Forms can still progress leads to them as needed.
Manual Upload Of Previous Vehicle History (SPW-11251)
AutoPlay now supports the bulk import of customer purchase history, enabling previous vehicle purchases to be uploaded efficiently. A default upload template and header file have been created, allowing each entry to generate a new vehicle record linked to the corresponding contact. During the import, AutoPlay’s contact matching is applied to prevent duplicates, and any supplied stock numbers are matched against existing vehicles within the system where possible.
Automation: New Wholesale Quote Received/Entered (SPW-11087)
This new automation trigger focuses on the Wholesale Quotes section. This will fire when a wholesaler submits a new quote onto an appraisal or if a user enters a value manually onto the appraisal.

AutoPlay Vehicle Display Page Can Now Show More Seller Details (VDP-344)
The vehicle details page on the AutoPlay VDP now has the ability to display a greater amount of dealership information. The options that can be selected for this are Contact Person, Contact Phone, Contact Mobile and Contact Email. These are taken from yard level if they are present and will fall back to account level if there is no values for yard.
Device Info Now Shows Which AutoPlay Server A User Is Connected To (SPW-11480)
To assist the AutoPlay support team in diagnosing user issues more efficiently, the server a user is currently connected to is now visible in the Device Info pop-up.
Mandatory User Fields (SPW-11257)
A new option has been introduced in the Account Mandatory Fields settings, allowing administrators to enforce that users and salespeople have the required details completed in their login profiles. This helps ensure accurate and consistent user information across the account.
A new setting has been added to the Mandatory Fields section, allowing the existing soft validation on customer mobile number formatting to be enforced as hard validation. With this enabled, records cannot be saved unless the mobile number is entered in an accepted format. This setting does not make the field mandatory, but ensures any data entered meets formatting requirements.
