Static Time Event Invitations (SPW-11103, 10386)

A new feature has been introduced that allows users to restrict customers from selecting a different time and date when receiving an event invitation. This functionality can be easily enabled or disabled using a newly added toggle on the screens.



New Lead Dashboard View By - Progress Updated Date (SPW-10145)

This new option to select how to filter leads on the lead dashboard centers around the last date stamp on the progress selected on a lead.



New Outlook Integration Function That Allows All Sent Email From AutoPlay To Appear In Users Outlook Sent Folder (SPW-8752)

Building on the existing Oauth integration with Outlook, there is a new option available that will allow for all sent emails to appear in the users Outlook sent folder.


Closed Lost Mandatory Field Addition (SPW-10811)

A new addition to the options to close a lead as lost has been added for Primary Listing



Automations: Queued Actions and Communications Able To Proceed Once Automation Stopped (SPW-10758)

A new setting has been introduced for select automations, allowing queued future actions and communications to be sent even after the automation has been deactivated.

Automations: Update Lead Progress (SPW-10734)

A new action has been created that will allow for the automation to update the lead progress

Automations: Prospect Action Due (SPW-10580)

Automations have now  extend to prospects with this new trigger focusing on the due date and time of a prospect

Automations: Automatic Start and End Dates (SPW-10488)

A new automation option has been created so that they are able to have specified times for activation and deactivation.


Road To a Sale Locked From Manual Updates (SPW-10724)

A new company setting has been created that will disable a users ability to manual select the Road To a Sale lead progress steps. This is still able to be progressed through through Form creations and the newly available Lead Progress updates on completed calendar events.



Wholesaler Appraisal Communications Can Be Sent On Behalf Of Other users (SPW-10726)

This has been done so that when a Manager is sending the appraisal wholesaler emails or SMS that it is able to have the correct user shown on it




Internal Appraisal Communications (SPW-10561)

A new dropdown option to select users from within the same account that have access to the appraisal is now available



Export Portal Dashboard Filter (SPW-10549)

A new Lead Dashboard filter now allows for users to filter leads that have been exported to specific end points and systems



RDO Specified Hours For Partial Days (SPW-10390)

New options in the users RDO section allows for half days or specified time frames within a specific day that can be marked as RDO, outside of these specified times on the day the user will be marked as present




Specified Users To Receive Notification Of User Deactivation (SPW-10091)

A new option to enter email addresses to receive a notification when a user is marked as deactivated via the accounts Password Policy





Specific Trade Me Vehicle Types Can Now Send With No Price (SPW-10938)

Updates now allow vehicle types such as Machinery, Trucks, Truck Trailers, and Boats to bypass the price requirement when exporting to Trade Me. These listings will be sent without a price, enabling the "Price on Application" (P.O.A) option to be displayed.
