AutoPlayAuto.com Release Notes - Version 25.12.1 Released 15th December
New Security Lock Out Feature (SPW-12896)
To align AutoPlay user authentication with recognised security standards, a 30-minute lockout has been implemented following 5 consecutive failed login attempts. This lockout applies to all accounts, regardless of password policy configuration. If access is required before the 30-minute lockout period expires, AutoPlay Support can manually remove the lockout immediately.
Enhanced Time Period Progress Reports (REP-2872)
Enhancements have been made to the Lead Progress Report available from the Lead Dashboard reporting tools. The report now supports selecting one or more Lead Progress items and will return results for any leads that have had the selected progress items timestamped within the specified date range. Previously, the report only returned results for leads that were created within the selected date range, rather than those with progress activity occurring during that period.
Enforce Proof Of Request On AutoPlay Created Users (SPW-12805)
A new account-level setting has been introduced to enforce additional validation when creating new users. When enabled, this validation applies only to AutoPlay team members creating users on behalf of a dealership and does not affect dealership users with permission to create users themselves. When this setting is active, AutoPlay staff will be required to enter a Support Ticket ID during the user creation process. This Ticket ID is mandatory to proceed and will be stored against the newly created salesperson’s record.
Vehicle Appraisal Manager Approval Maximum Price Field (SPW-12689)
A new role attribute has been added to the VAMA role. When enabled, a new field titled Maximum Trade Value is displayed in the valuation section of an appraisal. This field is visible only to Managers assigned the VAMA role and serves as a reference-only placeholder for recording a maximum trade value during the appraisal process.
Email Tag List Is Now More Accessible (SPW-13046)
Users with access to the Email Settings screen now have visibility of a list of available Email Tags. These tags can be used in AutoPlay communications in a similar manner to mail-merge fields. This screen serves as a central repository of all supported Email Tags, with the list expanding over time as additional AutoPlay data tables are enabled.
New Lead Export Filtering Option - Lead Listing Condition (SPW-12991)
A new filtering option has been added to lead export configurations, allowing exports to be filtered based on the vehicle condition of the lead’s primary listing. Available conditions include New, Demo and Used.
