New Options to Match and Merge Leads (SPW-12464)
AutoPlay has introduced three new variables to enhance the accuracy of lead matching and merging for dealerships. These variables, Make, Model and Vehicle Condition, enable the system to better identify duplicate incoming leads. With these settings, multiple enquiries from the same customer can now be correctly linked to the original lead, ensuring that the same salesperson retains ownership of the lead throughout the customer journey.
Ability To Default A Standard Text To A Communication (SPW-12209)
A new option has been added to the Standard Text Edit screen that allows any custom text entry to be set as the default option. When enabled, the selected text will automatically appear each time a user opens the corresponding communication screen, replacing the existing AutoPlay default text. This enhancement gives dealerships greater control over their messaging, allowing for consistent branding and tailored communication templates across users and teams.
New Zero Validation Export Setting For Trade Me (SPW-12569)
A new validation option has been created specifically for the manual Trade Me export. This allows AutoPlay to remove all validation warnings when selecting vehicles that exceed the current dealership package allowance.
Isolating An API Key And Token IP Address (LAPI-1025)
A new option has been added as an additional security measure, allowing API Keys and Tokens to be restricted by IP address. This ensures that only requests originating from approved IP addresses are authorized, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and enhancing overall system security.
A New Company Attribute To Remove The Download List Options (SPW-12448)
A new Role has been introduced to enhance data security and privacy. When enabled, this attribute can prevent users from accessing the download list feature on dashboards and administrative screens that contain customers’ personally identifiable information. This helps ensure that sensitive customer data cannot be exported or shared inappropriately, supporting compliance with privacy regulations and internal data protection policies.
Ability To Lock Source And Campaign When Converted From A Prospect (SPW-12345)
A new Company Option has been introduced to improve lead data integrity. When enabled, this option prevents users from changing the Source and Campaign on a Lead that has been converted and created directly from a prospect record. This ensures that the original marketing attribution is preserved throughout the lead lifecycle, providing more accurate reporting and analysis of campaign effectiveness.
Automations: New Trigger Filter - Appraisal Has Wholesale Offer
A new trigger filter has been added to enhance workflow automation. This filter specifically targets appraisals that have had a wholesale offer submitted. By using this filter, dealerships can automate actions, notifications or follow-up tasks based on whether a wholesale offer exists, improving efficiency and ensuring timely responses in the appraisal process.
Closed Lost Previous Progress Data Table (AR-907)
A new supplementary data table has been introduced to provide greater transparency and insight into reporting. This table displays the raw data used to generate the existing Closed Lost Previous Progress chart, allowing users to review the underlying figures that contribute to the visual summary. By making this data accessible, dealerships and administrators can perform more detailed analysis, verify results, and gain a deeper understanding of lead performance trends over time.
New Bulk Upload Option For Sub Campaigns (SPW-12477)
A new menu item has been created to allow for a bulk ingest of sub campaigns to a dealership or group account
Data API Rate Limiting Applications (DAPI-555)
Similar to the existing functionality on the AutoPlay Lead API, rate limiting has now been implemented on the AutoPlay Data API. This enhancement introduces controls to manage the number of requests that can be made within a specific time period, ensuring fair and balanced usage across all connected applications. The rate limits are designed to support normal operational use while preventing excessive or sustained API calls that could negatively impact overall system performance and stability.
