Chained Automations (SPW-8884)

The AutoPlay Automations feature has been upgraded to support triggering a secondary automation from within an existing automation. This enhancement enables more comprehensive and seamless autonomous workflows.



Test Drive Declarations (SPW-9023)

A new data capture option has been added for Test Drive declarations, prompting dealerships to collect and input specific information requirements during the Test Drive process.


Custom Yard Fields (SPW-8840)

Dealerships can now create Custom Fields at the Yard level, with options to display them for individual dealerships or entire dealer groups. This feature allows for the addition of specific information to individual yards, enabling targeted Automations and Communications based on yard-specific data.


Dealer Group PII Visibility (SPW-9146)

AutoPlay has enhanced privacy settings for OEMs and Dealer Groups, improving the ability to easily define which lead data is anonymized and which is displayed. This builds on the existing capability to view network lead data, offering greater control over data visibility.


Copying Automations (SPW-9123)

AutoPlay has introduced a new feature that allows users to copy an existing automation within a single dealership environment. This enhancement speeds up the creation of workflows that operate in a similar setting.



Automations - Specified Day and Time to Send Communications (SPW-8949)

You can now create workflows that schedule communications to be sent on a specific day and time.



Automations - Wholesaler Quote Workflows (SPW-9481)

New workflows can now be created to target the number of wholesale quotes received for each individual appraisal within a dealership.
