Bulk SMS and Email Directly From The Lead Dashboard (SPW-8742)
Users who have the Bulk Manage Leads role applied will now have the option to bulk communicate with leads that are selected directly from the lead dashboard. There is an option for both SMS and Email and standard text options are available on both
Create Wholesaler Groups Dynamically From Appraisal Screen (SPW-8678)
A new ability to create a new wholesaler group directly from the Appraisal form has been created, simply select multiple wholesaler groups or individual wholesalers, create a new group name and hit send
Match Leads To Similar Leads Updates (SPW-8757)
Some slight tweaks have been made to this My Company setting that now will invert the way it was behaving meaning when there is a specific lead type selected, this will be defining the incoming lead. In the screenshot below we have Phone highlighted, this will target any incoming leads with Phone set as type. There is also a new option that we are able to 'Ignore Type' this refers to the matched leads type and gives the option to have this set to match Phone with Phone only, or Phone to any other type.
Leads Handle Multiple Call Recordings (SPW-8756)
Further enhancing the new Avanser Call Capture feature, we are now able to store multiple calls to the same lead. These can be accessed via the drop down button in the Call Capture setting
The ability to change the contact directly from a lead has now been enhanced to also allow for a brand new contact to be created
Automation: Listing Has Not Received Any Leads (SPW-8712)
To help dealerships make the most of the money spent on listing their vehicles to online portals, a new automation has been created that will identify when listings have had no leads against them within a specified amount of days, this can then be set up to send to the appropriate users within the dealership who will receive a summary email listing the stock number, vehicle details and the last lead created date.
Automation: Remove Lead Label (SPW-8777)
A new action has been created that will allow for a Lead Label to be removed when the specified criteria has been met
Automation: Change Listing Status (SPW-8829)
A new ability now for dealerships using automations is the option to change a listing status based upon lead activity. An example of this may be to move a listing to On Hold Status when a lead progress is moved to Present Deal, this would have the affect that users will not be able to add new leads to the vehicle, and those dealerships that use AutoPlays data and webtool packages, these listings will also come offline

Automation: Test Leads
A new lead criteria section has been added to the Automations screen that allows for specific email addresses or email domains to be added, when a test lead is created that contains a contact that uses one of these emails the automation can trigger and automatically complete an action (Close Lead as Lost) whilst also being able to cleanly test the automations sequence
Automation: Call Script Completed (SPW-8692)
A new automation trigger for Call Script Completed has been created that will trigger on a successfully saved Call Script. This will allow communications and notifications to be able to be set up to kick start the next phase of the lead workflow
Group Write Up Accessories (SPW-8762)
Write Up accessories can now be added at an OEM or Group level to ensure that the dealership networks have the most up to date and accurate items available
Write Up Purchase Price Can Be Manually Edited (SPW-8712)
The purchase price within the write up form can now be manually edited
Declaration Content Tag Enhancement (SPW-8746)
As an enhancement on the ability to pull through an appraisal declaration to communications from an appraisal, as these are used for SMS also we have created the ability to try and keep the character count down and added the below tags that will enable for the Question and the Answer to be used independently of each other

OEM Listing Rules enhancements (SPW-8819)
New options to control special pricing for a listing based upon how old it is (Vehicle Year). Dealerships can enforce that the special price will not be an option for New vehicles.
Additional Automation Offset Timeframes (SPW-8904)
Extra timeframe options have been added so that communications and actions can happen as per a wider selection of Group and OEM guidelines
To accommodate for the formatting requirements on the new Trade Me API export, several fields on Boat, Truck and Farm Machinery listings have now become drop downs, these were previously free text fields.
