Enhanced Prospect to Lead Conversion Data (SPW-10484)
When converting a prospect to a lead, additional data will now be transferred to provide users with greater visibility into the lead's origin. This includes the prospect's notes, and a new accordion window will display all related communication history, making it easily accessible within the lead.
Enhanced Lead to Prospect Conversion Data (SPW-10486)
When closing a lead to a prospect, additional lead data will now be carried over, providing greater context for why the prospect record was created.
Signature Declarations (SPW-10167)
A new option has been introduced to add checkbox declarations directly on the signature screen for appraisals and test drives, requiring contacts to interact with and acknowledge specific items before signing the terms and conditions.
Call Scripts Available On Phone Events (SPW-10201)
As the first in a series of planned calendar upgrades, call scripts can now be created directly from Phone events. Additional communication options will be enabled directly within events over time.
