AutoPlayAuto.com Release Notes - Version 23.6.1 Released 3rd July 2023

Updates to Clean Car Data - NZ (SPW-7442)

AutoPlay is proactively preparing for the upcoming Clean Car updates, set to be implemented on July 1st. During a designated timeframe from midnight on June 30th to 7 am on July 1st, AutoPlay will review and update all Current, Pending, and On Hold listings in NZ dealership accounts. This process aims to ensure that all listings are brought up to date and aligned with the new Clean Car data, enabling dealerships to comply with the new regulations effectively. Any listings that have been marked as 'Manual Entry' will not be updated.

Webform: Customer Information Request (SPW-7452)

A new webform addition has been created that will work within AutoPlay's automation capabilities that can be configured to request any missing information directly from a contact. The form itself can be set to target specific details from a Contact, and when triggered by an automation this will only send the fields that are missing data. The Customer will then be able to submit the missing details directly from a webform.

Automations: Contact Information Requests (SPW-7453)

Building on from the above new webform, this is now able to be sent via automations with a newly created trigger filter for: Customer Contact Info Missing. Communications can then be set up to send either an email or SMS with a link requesting the missing information

Trusted Authentication Available with 2FA (SPW-7030)

Enabled only through a Password Policy, when Two Factor Authentication is enabled on an account or group of accounts, there is now an option to Trust Authentication for a specified amount of days. Once the user has Authenticated in to AutoPlay, they will not be prompted for two factor authentication for this specified time frame.

Lead API Product Option to Copy Phone to Mobile (LAPI-677)

This product option has been built to aid with enhanced contact matching. Many dealerships have opted to use a stricter variation of contact matching that will use Mobile and Email as a definitive match for a contact, however many leads that are being submitted to AutoPlay on the Lead API send the customers Mobile in the Phone field. This setting will allow for the Phone field to copy to the Mobile field if there is no value submitted.

Redbook Fields Editable After Look Up (SPW-7410)

Australian dealerships that utilise the Redbook Look Up on an appraisal form will now be able to manually edit any data that has been returned. Previously these fields were locked.
