Although this month's highlighted features may appear fewer than usual, the AutoPlay team has been diligently working on several substantial projects in the background. We are eager to announce these developments to you shortly but in the interim, we invite you to check out this months updates below.

Custom Lead Fields (SPW-7318)

AutoPlay has constructed the ability for Dealerships or Dealer Groups to be able to provision custom fields to be held within a lead. These fields can be set to house dates or text and can be configured to be mandatory if required. The custom fields will all appear within the Lead Details section on a lead and will have a controlled order.


Automation Updates (SPW-7247)

New updates have been made on the below triggers that will allow for them to fire based upon the lead creation date type allowing for specific actions or communications to be sent on a more specifically targeted scenarios.
  1. Lead Closed Lost
  2. Lead Closed Won
  3. Appraisal Created
  4. Appraisal Updated

Lead Management Setting Names (SPW-7132)

A small update to the Lead Management screen that how allows for a Name to be applied to each setting to be able to more easily identify what each record is for. These Name fields will be searchable from the keyword search, which has also been enhanced to look at the notes section within the records themselves. 



NZ Appraisal Forms Now Include Finance Details (SPW-7038)

Bringing the New Zealand appraisal forms aligned with the Australian version they now have access to a set of questions around finance owing on an appraisal



Assorted Bug Fixes And Improvements

  1. Drivers License SMS Collection (SPW-7074) - Allows the user to initiate Drivers License image collection and the terms and conditions to be accepted via an SMS. 
  2. Wholesale Group options were not visible (SPW-7370) - When a Wholesaler was set up with specific users the groups were being populated driven by the appraisal owner, not the user logged in
  3. Dashboard Searching Improvements (SPW-7314) - Further updates to the logic behind a dashboard search query from the keyword search box
  4. KPI Brochureware Options (SPW-7311) - A new option to enhance the DPC reporting accuracy to exclude brochureware yards from calculations of some KPIs
  5. Lead Dashboard download list to have separated First and Last names (SPW-7231) - Downloaded report of onscreen dashboard activity now separates the contacts into First and Last name fields.
  6. Direct Listing Upload Headers (SPW-7226) - Clients that use the Direct Listing Upload feature in AutoPlay will now be presented with their account-specific format when clicking Download Headers
  7. Abarth added to Ateco specific reports (AR-283) - Abarth brand has been added to the Ateco Test Drive Widgets
  8. Automation Status' (SPW-7220) - The Automations admin screen can now be filtered by Active/Not Active automations 
  9. AutoPlay SMS Logs (SPW-7217) - AutoPlay Support are now able to search SMS send logs based on the target mobile number
  10. Armstrongs DPC Metrics (REP-2638) - Updates to DPC reports for Armstrong Motor Group
  11. CIN approved field added to Data API (DAPI-409) - The data API now also carries a field for CIN approved
