Customer Preferred Contact Method Has Greater Visibility (SPW-7696)
It has been requested that the option to select a Customers preferred contact method to be made more easily available, this was previously only visible within the Contact Detail screen, but has now been moved to also show within the lead detail screen itself. On top of having this more accessible, we have also added in the preferred method to the communication accordion
Appraisal SMS Gets Standard Text Options (SPW-8141)
The SMS functionality from within the appraisal form itself now has access to the Standard Text button to allow the dealership users to send pre written text excerpts
Assorted Bug Fixes And Improvements
- (SPW-8255) Conversica messages were appearing out of order in the AutoPlay interface
- (SPW-8227) Lead Management setting has been added to the the Lead Detail screen in a stand alone accordion
- (SPW-8225) Prospect Import File upload issue resolved
- (SPW-8223) Wishlist forms were timing out when saving, enhancements were made to the processed involved and this is now resolved
- (SPW-8217) The new Trade Me API export now respects the manual vehicle selection
- (SPW-8097, 8086, 8085, 8084, 8083, 8082) Advancement on the Trade Me API export options, export validations, mandatory fields and UI filtering
- (SPW-8068) Lead Labels are now able to be locked from manual changes for leads that were ingested from electronic sources. This settings is found in the Account Preferences section of My Company
- (SPW-8051) White Label telephonic lead solution
- (SPW-8033) Role Groups notifications can be set in the provisioning screens
