The ability to run a partial search from within the keyword search is now available, this picks up on multiple different fields from within records and returns results
New Closed Won Validation Options (SPW-7787)
Through dealer and network feedback it has been requested that the Closed Won validation options be expanded to also include the customers address data
Automatic User Deactivation After Period Of Inactivity (SPW-7919)
As part of a security audit it was picked up that a best practice option is to enable an automated process that will firstly notify a user of their inactivity and then after a specified time period their user access will be removed from AutoPlay. This deactivation will only disable their log in credentials, if there is a requirement to reactivate the user this will need to be done by an AutoPlay Support user. This deactivation function has been built into the password policy functionality which our Customer teams will actively encourage
User Details Section Now Shows Lead Management Lead Allocation Settings (SPW-8005)
A user is now able to view which lead allocation settings that they are tied to from within their Lead Details section. This is split between lead allocation and collaborator allocation and will specify if they are part of a rotation or allocated to the leads full time. The system will also attempt to make a connection if the user is simply notified when there is a new lead only also
User Landing Page Option To Default To Prospect Activity Screen (SPW-8049)
From within the My Details section in AutoPlay, the dealerships that are set up to use the Prospect and CRM component are now able to set the Prospect Activity dashboard as their default landing screen
Lead Type Now Lockable (SPW-7948)
AutoPlay have received several requests from dealerships and dealer groups that tightly control their source and campaign lists to also disable the ability for their users to change the Lead Type once a lead has been created. This is a setting placed on the Manage Leads Role
In Market Leads Update (SPW-7862)
A few small additions were made to the In Market Leads to show more data on the records. This includes Lead Source, Lead Campaign and Date of last lead action within the lead section and A date and time stamp and change of value from within the pricing summary section
Daily Overdue Leads Report (REP-2678)
A new file based report to be utilised via the scheduled reports functionality has been created that will highlight leads that have both Calendar Events that are overdue, and also the lead itself being overdue
Lead Action Report (AR-353)
A new analytics data table report has been created that can show several different metrics based around the response time to a lead. This can be filtered to either show First Viewed, First Updated or First Progress Change. In addition to this, there are also different options to select for the daily reporting timeframes (based upon weekend and business hours activity)
