AutoPlayAuto.com Release Notes - Version 23.03.1 Released 4th April 2023

Enhanced Listing Rules (SPW-7022)

Building on some existing functions created within AutoPlay for specific OEMs, this has now been expanded so that individual dealerships are able to ensure that their listing data is presented with defined options only. This can be applied to accounts that use an automated routine to import their listings or for dealers that manually enter their vehicles to AutoPlay. If you would like for your vehicle data to have this normalisation process enabled on your account, please speak with your account manager.

Mobile Default Landing Page (SPW-7144)

A new setting has been created within My User Details that will cater for a user to set a default landing page when they access AutoPlay on their mobile device.

Automation Updates

Multiple Leads On Customer Record (SPW-7064)

This Automation has been created as both a Trigger Filter and as a Brake.  The Trigger Filter can identify when 2 or more leads have been created within a specified time period, and the brake will check the same setting and allow for an automation be terminated.

Appraisal Updated (SPW-7071)

A new Automation Trigger has been created to target specifically when an existing appraisal record has been updated

This Automation updates consists of three new Automation Triggers, Lead Attachment Request Expired, Appraisal Image Upload Request Expired and Event Invitation Request Expired. This will allow actions and notifications to be sent if there has been no response from the customer on a request for more information

Duplicating A User Now Prompts To Copy Pre Set Dashboard Filters (SPW-6941)

When provisioning a new user in AutoPlay using the Duplicate User function, a new prompt is included to also copy any Preset Filters the original user has saved

Labels Dashboard Dropdowns Now Separated Into Dealer And Group Options (SPW-7096)

The Labels dropdowns on the Dashboard screens now are separated to show which of the Labels are specific to the Dealership and which ones are visible via a dealer group association.

Lead API Allows For Files To Be Saved And Retrieved On A Lead (LAPI-633)

The AutoPlay Lead API has been updated to allow for a lead to have Attachment Files saved against it, and also for any files attached to a lead to be retrieved

Yards Can Be Marked As Inactive (SPW-6681)

Individual Yards in AutoPlay can now be marked as Inactive. This will  have the effect of reducing the amount of clutter that historical yard structure may have within a dealership account, and hide these from view. It is important to note that this does not exclude the yards from any functions, so they are still able to be included within an export and are still visible on both the Lead and Listing APIs.  There are new filter options that have been added to Dashboards with a yard filter that will allow a user to select from any inactive yards.

Listing Option "In Transit" For Trade Me Data Exports (SPW-7209)

AutoPlay has added a fantastic new feature to our selectable Listing Options, you can now find a handy tick box option that allows you to effortlessly pass through that a listing is In Transit for this to display on Trade Me.

Assorted Bug Fixes And Improvements

  1. Keyword Searches not recognising partial inputs (SPW-7212) - Using keyword searches on dashboards would not register any matching results if only a partial value was entered, eg 021 123 would not match a phone number that was 021 123 456
  2. Prospects Conversion To Lead Updates (SPW-7070) - This will update the lead progress of a converted prospect to reflect the last communication type from the prospect record, eg if a phone call was made on a prospect that was subsequently converted to a lead, the Lead Progress will default to Phone Call Made
  3. Aus TV Floor Log Customer Data Removal (AR-255) - The TV Floor Log report now has the ability within the widget settings to allow for PII (Personally Identifiable Information) to be visible or hidden. For Australian clients this is now set to be hidden by default.
  4. Lead Notification Template Defaults (SPW-6945) - Specific Templates are now able to be set at a Yard Level so that a dealership or dealership group can control what information is displayed, and which options a recipient has when getting notified.
  5. Use External Link as Site Link (SPW-6036) - A new option on the AutoPlay export interface (AutoPlay users only) has been created so that a NZ Trade Me Client is able to export the External Link field within a listing to export in the Trade Me export in the corresponding Site Link field.
  6. Enhance SMS Opt Outs (SPW-7131) - It was discovered that when a customer replied (stop ) to an AutoPlay SMS and had a space after the word stop that the Opt out mechanism was not being applied. This has now been updated.
  7. AutoPlay System Outage (SPW-7268) - AutoPlay experienced a short outage on the 20/03/2023, our development team worked throughout the night and service was restored early hours. AP is still awaiting a report from our AWS service team to pinpoint where this may have occured.
