Updates to AutoPlay Password Policy Provisioning (SPW-6640)
AutoPlay has now enabled for specific password policies to be created and applied to help secure the access to dealerships private data. AutoPlay users will have varying access within AutoPlay, these policies can be applied at a Dealer Group, Dealership or User level and control the strength of the user's password, and the frequency that this will need to be reset.
AutoPlay has applied a strict variation of this policy to its own internal users. More can be read on this

Default Drivers License Image Retention To 90 Days (SPW-6866)
To build upon an existing feature already within AutoPlay and to more tightly meet privacy legislation, AutoPlay has now enabled by default that Drivers License Images will be purged from the system 90 days after the Test Drive record has been updated. This will not remove the actual data collected from the license, this is able to be adjusted separately.
Pre-Scheduled Event Invitations (SPW-6452)
When sending a Calendar Invitation either via Email or SMS, there is now an option to pre-select a date and time to have this suggested to the user. Once received, the user will still be able to select a different time and date if this does not suit them.
Call Script Outcomes Can Apply Lead Labels (SPW-6827)
A new feature as part of the 23.2.1 sprint is the ability to apply a Lead Label when a specific answer is selected on a Call Script.
Standard Text SMS Options Available For Appraisal Image Request Feature (SPW-6728)
Now dealerships are able to create Standard Text templates for their users to prepopulate messages that are sent via SMS requesting Appraisal Images.
Appraisal Declarations Available To New Zealand Dealerships (SPW-6774)
A feature that is already enabled on our Australian accounts, appraisals in New Zealand are now able to have a custom set of questions added to their vehicle appraisal forms. These can be made mandatory if required and a number of different answer types can be applied.
Clients using the SMS Gateway services in AutoPlay now have the option to disable these SMS messages from AutoPlay, and force them onto the users own mobile device. This allows the benefit of users being able to access their own phone contacts. If you would like for this service to be enabled, please get in touch with your Account Manager.
Leaderboard Report Updates For Dealer Groups And OEM's (AR-39)
Users that have access to a Dealer Group reporting account for their Dealership network now have the option of a new widget table for a Group Leaderboard. This applies the same logic as the current Leaderboard report for users, but on a account wide level.
Listing Labels Filter Added To Lead Dashboard (SPW-6855)
A new filter has been applied for dealership accounts set up to use Listing Labels on the Lead Dashboard so that leads on specifically tagged vehicles can be identified easily.
Label Admin Screens Now Display Label Colours (SPW-6711)
A quality of life update for accounts that use either Listing or Lead Labels, the admin provisioning screen now contains a column referencing what colour has currently been selected for each tag.
Listings Labels Updates (SPW-6668)
Several new functions have been included in the 23.2.1 sprint to enhance the functionality of Listing Labels in AutoPlay.
Lead Management Settings
When a new lead enters AutoPlay on a vehicle that has a listing applied, this can now be picked up as a filter option to direct the new lead notification to a specific person or department
Select Vehicle
When accessing the Select Vehicle pop up from on the Add New Lead screen or the Lead Detail screen, there is a new filter that allows the list to be defined by the Listing Labels applied.
Updates To In App Notification Screen (SPW-6574)
A New column has been added to the In App notification pop up screen in AutoPlay. It will now also display which user the lead is owned by that the notification belongs to.
If your dealership uses a third-party marketing tool to send targeted communications, AutoPlay has now enabled the same filter options used to create a Live Leads database for the Build Contact List screen. Lists can be defined by the accounts leads and activity, then saved and downloaded for use elsewhere.
