Group Calendar Event Types (SPW-5653)

A frequently requested feature from Dealer Groups is to have the ability to create custom Calendar Events to match their specific customer journeys and sales workflows have now been provisioned in AutoPlay. Group Master accounts are able to create a single Event that will populate for their entire Dealership Group. Individual Child dealerships are still able to provision their own unique events as well as disable any of the default or Group event types.




Lead Collaborators Enabled to Use Calendar Invites On Lead Reminders (SPW-5104)

Lead Collaborators can now provision and send their own Calendar Invites to leads they are marked as a Collaborator on directly from the reminders section. This will allow several users to communicate and organise activity on the lead at the same time. Reminder Invites are provisioned in the same fashion as the existing Calendar Invites and the Reminders functionality will need to be turned on for the account.




Lead Collaborator Automatic Allocation Attribute (SPW-6109)

A new Role Attribute has been created so that now an account can choose to not have users automatically assigned to any vacant Collaborator when the lead is assigned to them. This will allow for several different workflows to be able to operate simultaneously when paired with Lead Labels and Automations.




Improvements To Trade Me Export Screen (SPW-6142)

When an AutoPlay account that uses the Trade Me Export manual selection option and has multiple Trade Me accounts, to more easily display the listings that are exported to each Trade Me account there has been a new drop-down added to the filter options. This will by default only show the included yards with that export and the Trade Me limit can now be displayed for the grouped yards.




Lead Labels Dashboard Filter Update (SPW-6078)

The Lead Dashboard now has the ability for the Lead Labels to be searched by "And" or "Or" logic, meaning that if you are searching for multiple lead labels, the data returned will require the lead to have all selections attached, or a combination of any of the selections attached.




Prospect Communication Options Enhanced (SPW-5853)

Communicating to customers via the AutoPlay Prospecting tool has now been enhanced to also include Email, Phone and Call Scripts. 





Bulk Closing of Leads (SPW-5758)

Occasionally a Dealership will review and tidy up their account which would include the bulk closing of stalled or overdue leads within AutoPlay. A new method has been created that is available to AutoPlay support team members only that will allow for a list of Lead Ids to be supplied for us to close on behalf of the dealership. The existing methods available to dealerships at the moment will remain available to them.


Hougarden Listings Site - NZ

As of 1st September AutoPlay will no longer supply the Hougarden listings classified site (https://nz.hougarden.com/motors.)  Please get in touch directly with Hougarden if you have any questions.
