Event Invitations And Calendar Capacity (SPW-5927)
AutoPlay has enabled a function where Sales People can not send out invitations to Customers directly via Email and SMS to give them the option to select their own time for a calendar appointment. The calendar feature has now had availability and capacity built in that looks at several settings to provide customers with a choice of appointment slots.
The availability of the Sales Person looks at existing appointments, their RDOs and also at the business hours as specified at either yard or company level
When the customer has selected their preferred date and time option, the Calendar event will be shown within the lead

Saved Pre-Defined Dashboard Filters (SPW-5886)
AutoPlay has now created the ability to save predefined filter presets to allow for a quicker navigation to commonly used searches. These are simple to use and set up and are unique to each user, all that needs to be done is to filter the dashboard to your preferred settings, click the Save Icon (Disk) where you will be prompted to enter a Name for the filter. To delete, select the preset and then select the trash can icon.
Lead Attachment Requests Get Standard Text Options (SPW-5923)
Building on the recent feature of Lead Attachments and the ability to send an SMS or Email to request documents from your customers, we have now enabled the Standard Text options to be utilised so that your dealerships communications are standardised and correctly formatted.
Multiple updates have been made to the Finance form within AutoPlay. We have added the below functions
- A free text Trade In field. This would most commonly be used when submit via an API lead
- Finance Term. Indicative Term in months, comes with a predefined drop down options but allows for a figure to be entered.
- Finance Start and End Dates
- A new section for Customer Income and Expenses
- Ability to have Declined Reasons (both Customer and Dealer)
The last point can be set up on a dealership basis with a new Finance Admin Screen
Appraisal Bidding Function on Listings (SPW-5907)
AutoPlay has now enabled an ability for our Sales Pipeline users and users of Stand Alone Appraisal to be able to offer their Inventory as an appraisal. This allows for the Wholesale Quotes and Appraisal Bidding features to be utilised

Labels Added As An Accordion Option (SPW-5905)
Automations can now be further defined down to the Lead Label level when looking to trigger a communication or an action
Email Notification Summary (SPW-5593)
This new communication type allows for a summary email to be sent instead of multiple individual notifications.
Allocation Rotation RDO Updates (SPW-5864)
When a user is part of a lead allocation rotation setting the logic where they are not allocated a lead on their RDO (Rostered Day Off as per their user settings) has now been updated to start from the close of business on the previous day. This has been done so that a sales person will not receive a lead on the eve of a day off so that the customers will be picked up and replied to the next business day.
