New Rego to Vin PPSR Service (SPW-5519) - Aus
For our Australian Clients we have built a new service that will allow only a Registration and State to be entered into the look up form to be able to run a PPSR on the appraisal vehicle. This negates the requirement to run a RedBook lookup only get the VIN but this service can still be run at a later data if required. The new service is charged at $3.15 per transaction, if you would like to have this enabled on your account please get in touch with our Dealer Performance Manager.
Email or SMS The Customer to Automatically Upload Attachments on to a Lead (SPW-5618)
Building on the existing functionality where a Salesperson is able to upload attachments directly to a lead, there is now an ability to send either an Email or an SMS to the customer directly that will enable for them to upload this themselves
Remove Users Ability to Move Leads To Unallocated (SPW-5603)
A new Role Attribute has been created in the Manage Leads Role that will block a sales persons ability to assigned a lead as Unallocated to a user
Terms and Conditions Allow Salesperson to Sign on Their Device When SMS Function Used (SPW-5539)
When a Test Drive form is being filled out and a Salesperson uses the SMS Terms and Conditions feature to send to the Contact, the Salesperson is now able to sign their box after this has been completed by the client.
Driver License Data Deletion Time Frame (SPW-5600)
AutoPlay has built the ability to also delete the Contacts Drivers License data after a defined time frame has elapsed to help dealerships comply with security and privacy polices
SMS Functionality Available on Prospect Records (SPW-5590)
If your Dealership account utilises the Prospect Activity functionality and also has the SMS Gateway enabled a user is now able to send an SMS Communication directly within the prospect record.
Assorted Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Appraisal Origin error on Appraisal Dashboard fixed (SPW-5747)
- Automated SMS communications were not appearing in the Automations section within a lead (SPW-5703)
- Automation emails are now sent via Third party mail server when account is enabled (SPW-5651)
- Test Drive Completion automation time delay issue fixed (SPW-5644)
- AutoPlay JavaScript library updates (SPW-5532)
