Drivers License Data Automatic Deletion Time Frame (SPW-5600)

Building on the newly created Drivers License Image Deletion Time frame, we have also expanded this to be able to independently set the Drivers License data deletion time frame. These options can be set from the Privacy Options menu within My Company



Test Drive and Loan Car Mandatory Fields Options Expanded (SPW-5602)

The Configurable fields that can be made Mandatory when creating a Test Drive or Loan Car ford have now been expanded to include Drivers License Number, Odometer Out/In (on completion), Fuel Out/In (on completion), address and Date of Birth. These are set from the Mandatory Fields section within My Company.



New Drop Down Filter For Yard in Vehicle Registry (SPW-5604)

AutoPlay has added a new filter to more easily define the Vehicle Registry of Loan Cars and Test Drives to have a Yard Filter available



New Features to Loan Vehicle Forms (SPW-5599, SPW-5601)

Similarly to Test Drives, a Dealership can now choose to disable the Auto Complete functionality on the Loan Car Forms. This is a new Role Attribute on the Loan Car Role.



A second Role Attribute has been added to only allow each employee to sign out a single vehicle at a time. They must sign in their existing vehicle before being able to create a new form.



New Berths Field for Motorhomes and Caravans available to search on APSR Stock Page (SPW-5534)

Currently AutoPlay has Berths as a selectable feature within the features list, this has now been expanded to have its own field against the Listing. This is still available for selection in the Features options, and will automatically populate the new field if selected from the options. 



This now also allows for this field to be searchable on the AutoPlay APSR Stock page



Assorted Improvements and  Bug Fixes

  1. HTML Terms and Conditions displaying incorrectly on mobile devices on specific browsers (SPW-5625)
  2. Fixed issue where Privacy Policy was not being enforced (SPW-5586)
  3. Product Options Menu Upgrades (SPW-5581)
  4. Enhancement to the Truck and Trailer Listing fields (SPW-5577)
  5. Leads Matched and Merged with My Company settings now re-open a lead if matched to a Lead marked as Closed Lost (SPW-5571)
  6. Appraisal Image Auditing added (SPW-5564)
  7. Restrictions added to how far in the future a Calendar Event can be Scheduled (10yrs) (SPW-5555)
  8. Render Videos are now utilized on listings by default and are available for Live Leads campaigns (SPW-5360)
