Matched Leads Improvement (SPW-5140)

Improvements have been made to the functionality that matches a new lead that gets ingested automatically to the same sales person that has dealt with that customer previously. This has previously only been able to be activated against Open leads, but this has now been expanded to also match against any Closed Lost Leads.



Ability to SMS Customer to Add Images to an Appraisal Form  (SPW-5265)

AutoPlay has built the ability to send the Customer an SMS from the appraisal form that contains a link to be able to add their own images to an existing Appraisal Form in AutoPlay. This has been built for both the contact free and offsite nature of various lockdown requirements, and also to provide more detailed information for existing ingested online Appraisal forms that are submit to AutoPlay.




Leads With Collaborators Identifiable on Lead Dashboard (SPW-5264)

Leads that have a Collaborator attached to them are now identified on the Lead Dashboard by the corresponding colour square that is assigned to the collaborator Type.



Appraisal URL to AutoPlay Appraisal Form Defaulted to Off - AUS (SPW-5279)

With the addition of further integrations, we have added an ability for the Appraisal URL to be turned off from the Appraisal SMS service so that a dealership can add a link to their own Appraisal Software. If you would like for this to be enabled, please contact AutoPlay Support




Lead Collaborators Able to Send Communications And Receive Notifications of a Response (SPW-5263)

Lead Collaborators now have the ability to send communications from within a lead that is not assigned to them but they are assigned as the lead Collaborator. The Collaborator user will also receive notification of a reply to their communications.




Extra Visibility For SMS Communications on The SMS Dashboard (SPW-5174)

Improvements have been made to the existing SMS Dashboard in the Communications section so that a user can identify is an SMS was inbound or Outbound, and the Wholesaler and Appraisal SMS have also been added to this screen for more comprehensive visibility. 




Extra Visibility For Wholesaler Emails (SPW-4970)

A New Dashboard screen has been created under the communications menu to give greater transparency on the Wholesaler Emails that have been sent and that have been replied on.




Consolidated Communications View From Within Each Contact (SPW-4805)

To give a more round and consolidated view, Email Campaigns are now also listed within the Contact Records Communication section.



Allowance For Third Party Users to Edit Listings (SPW-4980)

Many dealerships utilizing the AutoPlay Data and Webtools package may use the services of an external photographer to upload the images to their listings, or have temporary staff editing listings. AutoPlay has created a new Role for these users so that they have full access to edit and create listings, but they do not view any customer data that is also linked to the listings lead activity.



New Automation Setting for Model (SPW-5115)

Automations can now be set so that they are Model specific, giving the ability for communications to be tailored more specifically.




New Automation to Send Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions and Signature Ability (SPW-5221)

A New Automation Trigger ha been created so that when a lead is ingested electronically then it will automatically send the Dealerships Privacy Policy for the customer to sign. This has been built for OEM data sharing acceptance, but can be used for in dealership leads also.


Listing Videos Restricted to 20 Images For Email Responses (SPW-5256)

AutoPlay has made a change so that if a listing has more than 20 images loaded against it, then only the first 20 will be used to create the Email Response Video. This has been done to negate a timeout issue in trying to build these dynamically.




Only Lead Managers Have Ability to Allocate Leads (SPW-5069)

We have introduced a new Role Attribute that will restrict users abilities to allocate leads between themselves unless they have the Manager permissions in Role Management for the Leads Yard.




Assorted Improvements & Bug Fixes

  1. Ability to Remove Appraisals from Write Ups amended (SPW-5346)
  2. Fixed a bug in the Lead Automation Brakes with Lead Re-opening (SPW-5336)
  3. Lead Collaborator changes made more visible in lead auditing (SPW-5335)
  4. Fixed issue with Privacy Policy accepted tick not appearing (SPW-5324)
  5. Fixed issue with user permissions on Employee Loan car Forms (SPW-5318)
  6. Editing a Contacts Title will now prompt to Save the contact (SPW-5314)
  7. Calendar Events created directly from Lead Dashboards notes section issue resolved (SPW-5296)
  8. Resolved issue with ability to save Dealership Default Comments (SPW-5286)
  9. Patched issue where a users Dashboard view defaulted to Open and Closed leads (SPW-5285)
  10. Listing Image count correctly reflects Historical Sold listings having images removed when archived (SPW-5273)
  11. Have added a new Automation Trigger Filter for current calendar events (SPW-5261)
  12. Deleted Users are Appraisals and Test Drives are now still visible in the Appraisal and Vehicle Registry dashboards if they retain the users roles (SPW-5194)
  13. The APSR stock page has had the bullet point feature reinstated (SPW-5160)
