Lead Collaborators Now Have Access to Lead Reminders (SPW-4669)

Building on top of the existing Lead Collaborator functionality, we have now enabled for a Collaborator to be able to create a 'Reminder' event on a lead for follow up. The Reminders work and function in the exact same manner as the Calendar Events that a lead owner will append to a lead. These Reminders will bring leads into the 'Now' date range when they are due, and follow the same process into Overdue and Stalled if they are not actioned upon.



These Reminders can be configured individually for each account.


Checka Look Ups now available in AutoPlay (SPW-5154) - NZ

AutoPlay has now integrated with the Checka Look Up provider enabling dealerships to get two different tiers of information on their appraisals.

A New Redbook Advanced Look Up Available (SPW-4577) - AUS

AutoPlay has implemented a second Redbook look up on Australian Appraisals. This will return the basic vehicle data and also Market Appraisal Price data. The cost for this service is $2.15. If you would like for this to be added to your account, please speak with your Dealer Performance Manager, or contact support on support@autoplay.com.au



Market Prices are then saved into the Appraisal Form





Stand Alone Test Drives are now able to be converted to a Lead (SPW-5210)

Now when accessing the Stand Alone Test Drive, if the user is also in a Manage Leads role, they have the ability to convert a Stand Alone Test Drive into a Sales Pipeline Lead





Group and OEM Level Loan Car Visibility (SPW-4956, SPW-5147)

AutoPlay has now enabled for an OEM Brand or Dealer Group to be able to have visibility of their fleet of inventory that could be used for Loan or Sponsorship vehicles to be signed out from their dealership networks and retain visibility of the loan car forms. This is done in a similar fashion by sharing a Virtual Yard (similar to brochureware) controlled by the Parent account and any loan car from created on these vehicles will display in the Parent accounts Vehicle Registry.




Vehicle Wishlists Make now searchable from Lead Dashboard (SPW-5136)

Now if the Wishlist form is selected from the Dashboard filters if a Make is entered into the keyword search on the Lead Dashboard it will return matching Wishlists




Appraisal Dashboard Now Has a Custom Date Range Filter (SPW-5021)

To add an extra layer or search functionality we have now added a custom Date Range Filter to the Appraisal Dashboard




Vehicle Registry Has a New Filter For Terms and Conditions Signed (SPW-4938)

AutoPlay has fielded several requests to be able to quickly search the Vehicle Registry




Image Upload logic amended to sort via Updated Date (SPW-5102)

When uploading images to listings or forms from within AutoPlay, the images will now be ordered automatically to the updated ascending order



Pending Closed Lost Leads Now Have a Visual Reference (SPW-5061)

When a user closes a Lead as Lost and their manager needs to approve this, we have added a visual reference to these leads

Listings Can Now be Sorted by Created Date (SPW-4862)

A new filter option to sort Listings by Created date has been added




Appraisal Email now includes the Appraisal Notes section (SPW-5073)

When sending the Appraisal email from within AutoPlay, to give the receiver more information, the notes section of the Appraisal Form is now included


Enforce a Primary Listing on a Lead when Closing as Won (SPW-5117)

A new role has been created to enforce a Primary Listing is added to a lead before the lead can be Closed as Won




Wishlists Have a Notes Section Added (SPW-4051)

We have now added a notes section to the Wishlist forms so any extra data can be captured.


Leads Automatically update Delivery status when Delivery Event Completes (SPW-5109)

When a Calendar Event with the Type 'Delivery" is marked as completed, this will automatically update the Progress in the Road to a Sale to have this step completed. If the Led has already progressed past this stage when the event is completed, then the Led will remain on the later Progress step and Delivery will be marked as completed.


Employee Loan Car Forms are unable to be Deleted (SPW-5060)

Several Dealerships have requested that when an Employee Loan Car Form is created and saved, it can no longer be deleted by a user in the account
