Attachments Can Be Saved To Leads (SPW-746)

Autoplay has not created the ability for attachments to be uploaded and saved against leads


Collaborator Allocation Rotation (SPW-5269)

Similarly to how leads can be allocated on a rotational basis when they come in from online sources, we have now provisioned for Collaborators to be added to leads in similar fashion.

Collaborators are assigned to a group in a new Collaborator Group Administration screen



The Group is then assigned to a rotation



Automatic Lead Merging (SPW-5375)

Building on the existing functionality that AutoPlay has that will recognize a second lead coming in for the same customer from online sources and will automatically assign the lead to the sales person who is currently working on the latest lead, this new function will now merge those leads together into a single lead with the original leads attributes.



Closing a Lead as Won can Prompt to Mark Appraisal as Traded (SPW-5391)

AutoPlay has not introduced a Account wide attribute that when a lead is being Closed Won it will prompt the user to mark any appraisals on the lead as Traded. This setting is not enabled by default so please contact the AutoPlay support team to enable this feature




Customer Preferred Name Appears More Prevalently (SPW-5361)

When a customer has a preferred name entered into AutoPlay, this will now show more prevalently on screens in AutoPlay


Write Up Form Accepted via SMS (SPW-5380)

The ability to Accept and Sign the Write Up form can now be prompted through an SMS send directly to the customer. Once the form has been accepted with a signature, it will now be unable to be edited. To use this functionality the dealership account will need to have the SMS gateway enabled and charges will apply
