Event Invitations And Calendar Capacity
AutoPlay has enabled a function where Sales People can not send out invitations to Customers directly via Email and SMS to give them the option to select their own time for a calendar appointment. The calendar feature has now had availability and capacity built in that looks at several settings to provide customers with a choice of appointment slots.
The availability of the Sales Person looks at existing appointments, their RDOs and also at the business hours as specified at either yard or company level
When the customer has selected their preferred date and time option, the Calendar event will be shown within the lead

Saved Pre-Defined Dashboard Filters
AutoPlay has now created the ability to save predefined filter presets to allow for a quicker navigation to commonly used searches. These are simple to use and set up and are unique to each user, all that needs to be done is to filter the dashboard to your preferred settings, click the Save Icon (Disk) where you will be prompted to enter a Name for the filter. To delete, select the preset and then select the trash can icon.
