This has been created so that communications or internal notifications can be sent after a call center user has completed and saved a call script. This has a configurable that will allow it to process only once per script (individual script, so updates to an existing one will not retrigger the automation). Call Scripts can further be defined within the Trigger Filter Section
Listing Has Not Received Any Leads
Trigger: Listing No Lead Acitivity
This has been designed so that specified users within a dealership can be notified if they have a listing in their inventory that has not had any leads created within a specified time period.
