Appraisal Enhancements

Overview

Below are some configurable options that allow the Appraisal Form to have extra functionality

WOF Issue Date Warning

This option is controlled via a new field, WOF Issue Date which by itself will act simply as a field for the issue date of the WOF to be entered. There is also a warning option that has been built into the Vehicle Appraisal role that will allow for a threshold (in days) that will warn a salesperson that the WOF is issues more than X days ago

The scenario that this helps to solve is that dealerships now want for a trade in vehicle to have had a new WOF issued to it before they trade it.



RUC KM's Warning

This option is controlled via the existing RUC field and using a new option that is available on the Vehicle Appraisal role,  will warn a salesperson that the RUC Kms are within a specified amount of their paid limit. This will only be available on Electric and Diesel vehicles.

The scenario that this helps to solve is that dealerships would like to know if there is minimal paid RUC remaining on the vehicle
