Ability For AP1 Users To Filter Leads By Users With No Manage Leads Role

In order to help AutoPlay diagnose visibility issues, AutoPlay now has the ability to easily filter to view leads allocated to users that have no Manage Leads role.  Within the 'User' drop down there is a new check box for 'Include 'No Role' Users - this is not visible when logged in as a client.
